Wonderson’s Publishing, what’s that all about?

Wonderson’s publishing is a joint effort of Susie Wonder, and Dune Johnson (the Wonderson’s). We have been writing our whole lives, and now it the time for us to start publishing.

Susie will be sharing her poems, essays, and her first work of fiction.

Dune will be sharing everything that he has been writing that isn’t quite right for his family entertainment Blog. And..that’s a lot.

We welcome our friends and family to join in the conversation, and who knows…maybe we’ll help you to get published!

Susie Wonder (Susie H.) is an amazing and talented author, songwriter, and spirit. Her life experiences include everything from being a personal assistant for John Gray (Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus); to working at the Unemployment office, working as the director of a support program for homeless women (with children); and producing the Marin Rock & Roll Choir.

Dune Johnson is the foremost family-fun expert, and has devoted his life to bring joy, laughter, and togetherness to every event he does. As a full-time magician, juggler, face painter, balloon sculptor, game master, stilt walker, and also Ronald McDonald for over 20 years…he’s learned something about fun and entertainment.

Throughout his career, he’s written (and produced) training manuals, books and videotapes teaching others to spread joy: because joy is valuable. However, with the help of his masters degree in creative writing, he is now turning his unique talents to entertaining and storytelling through writing.

Writing a good story is a lot like practicing and performing a good magic trick. You have to lead your audience down the exact road you want them to go; only showing them what you want them to see. Then, you practice and refine that process, until you get the reaction you are looking for.” – Dune

Stay Tuned for much more to come!
